What’s the Best Holster for a Sig P229 Legion?

Sounds good! I’m considering how much I move during the day. Does it stay put when you’re active?

I’ve tried a few holsters, but for my needs, the Vedder LightTuck is fantastic! It’s slim and doesn’t print at all.

I love that you mention printing! It’s a real concern. Have you had any issues with it at all?

Holster choice can be totally personal! I once tried one only to realize it felt like wearing a brick. Just make sure whatever you choose fits you well and suits your needs.

I’m in the market for a holster too! The Sig P229 Legion is a fantastic firearm, but I’ve been wondering how many options can accommodate lights or red dot sights. Any recommendations?

Check out the Alien Gear Cloak Tuck OWB holster! It has adjustable retention and should fit the Legion with lights. I’ve had a good experience with it.

I’ve heard good things about the Safariland 7378. It’s designed for tactical use and fits well with accessories. Just double-check the model compatibility!

That’s a great suggestion! I’m also looking for something that is comfortable for extended wear, especially with my P229 Legion.

If comfort is key, the Galco KingTuk IWB may fit the bill! It’s versatile and should handle the modifications well without compromising safety.

Exactly! My last holster didn’t fit properly and I had some safety concerns. Proper fitting is crucial for any holster. Anyone tried the Blackhawk Serpa?

The Blackhawk Serpa is solid but be cautious about retention. It’s important to avoid any accidental discharges! How about kydex holsters for better fit with accessories?

Great point! I’ve got a kydex holster from Concealment Express and it fits like a glove, even with a light. Super easy to draw from too.

I’m curious, what kind of accessories are you all using with your P229 Legions? Lights and sights really change the game for holster choice!

I know! If I ever get a red dot, I’ll definitely have to rethink my holster situation. Just hope it won’t break the bank!
