What do you all think about using dry ice for rapid freezing? Is it effective?
Dry ice is excellent for quick freezing, but be careful while handling it! Always use gloves.
I’ve used it before when transporting meat! It works great in a pinch.

When it comes down to it, the best storage method really depends on how long you plan to keep the meat. If it’s for immediate use, you might not need to vacuum seal.
